AI PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FROM FIRST COMMIT TO SCALE
LAUNCH YOUR NEXT SUCCESS!
What we build as an AI product development company
The product, not only the model
Most AI products are ordinary software with a model somewhere in the middle: accounts, billing, an admin panel, a mobile app, a data pipeline, and the integrations a customer expects on day one. We build all of it, because a model with no product around it is a demo. Across 16 client AI products and more than 41,500 hours, the model has rarely been the hard part.
Retrieval over your own material
Where answers have to come from your documents and be traceable back to them rather than from a model's memory. On one product we run, this turns text a clinician wrote into personalised patient explanations delivered as narrated video.
AI inside a product you already have
An assistant and notetaker inside a property platform; an intelligence layer between practice leadership and a medical record. The existing system stays as it is and the AI reads what it already holds, which is the shape that survives security review and the team that has to maintain it.
Computer vision and media pipelines
For FullCourtAI, computer vision and neural networks track the action in youth sports games, and a cloud video pipeline turns the recording into an edited game you can share, as if a camera operator had filmed it.
Products that other people's agents can use
The newest requirement and the one most teams have not planned for. OutboundSync now ships a public API, a hosted MCP server with roughly 35 tools and fifteen installable agent skills, so a customer's own AI agent can operate the product without a person clicking through it.
AI products we have shipped
OutboundSync: three years in one repository
We wrote the first commit in September 2023 and still ship to the same repository. It has synced more than 150 million records into customer CRMs, passed SOC 2 Type II, and passed $500,000 in annual recurring revenue, bootstrapped. AI coding agents now author about a third of its commits, and the review gate has not moved. Read the case study.
Harvest: acquired by Acorns
An AI-powered app that negotiates bank fees for consumers automatically. We did the UX and UI design and the development; the company was acquired by Acorns. Read the case study.
FullCourtAI: computer vision for youth sports
A mobile app and cloud processing pipeline that records, edits and shares games as if a camera operator had filmed them, backed by Silicon Valley investors. Read the case study.
An intelligence layer over a medical record
Our largest AI engagement today. It sits between practice leadership and the clinical record and surfaces what the record was never queried for, while the record itself stays as it is. More on our healthcare work.
We gather your requirements, analyze your business model and dig into the best solutions. Then we make a rough estimation for the project.
We conduct a deep research to enable our clients intuitive UX and make prototypes, which are then tuned to your company identity in UI mockups.
We set up the environment for data storage, APIs, cloud computing, etc.
We build a detailed test plan and use a combination of automated, manual and vulnerability testing to make sure your product is ready for production.
We remain your tech partner when the product is up and running, making sure that you can adjust your business trajectory in accordance with user feedback.
How an AI product gets built here
- Weeks 1–2
One workflow, real data, and an evaluation set someone in the business agrees with. If the model cannot clear that bar, stopping here is the cheap outcome, and we will say so rather than build on top of it.
- Then the product around it
Accounts, billing, admin, mobile and integrations, built in the same repository the first version started in. OutboundSync's first commit is still at the root of the code running in production, which is the opposite of the usual ending for a partner's prototype.
- Before launch
The part nobody demos: monitoring, cost per call, what happens when the model changes underneath you, and who is accountable when an answer is wrong. These are agreed before go-live rather than after the first incident.
- After launch
The hours are logged and published the way they are across this site, our audit agents can read the repository on a weekly schedule, and the team scales down without a renegotiation.
