Description

Opportunity to work on a massive, high-impact codebase for a major fintech brand; flexible remote work with a highly collaborative international team; potential for long-term engagement if quality is high.

Requirements

• Backend: Developing within a Spring Boot/Cloud microservices architecture (80+ services).
• Backend: 5 years Java/Spring Boot, Spring Data, Messaging Queues, Microservices patterns.
• General: Proficiency/experience with AI tools in the development workflow (Mandatory).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Fintech experience, Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP).
• Measurement of Success (KPIs / OKRs): Code quality, Pull Request (PR) quality, and team communication/collaboration. Speed is secondary to quality during the first month of onboarding.
• Success Drivers: Strong communication, flexibility with early hours, and ownership of the release process.
