Senior Flutter Developer

Description

Requirements

• Flutter: Pure Flutter development (no iOS/Android focus required).
• 7+ years of Flutter experience.
• Proficiency/experience with AI tools in the development workflow (Mandatory).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Fintech experience, Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP).
• Measurement of Success (KPIs / OKRs): Code quality, Pull Request (PR) quality, and team communication/collaboration. Speed is secondary to quality during the first month of onboarding.
• Success Drivers: Strong communication, flexibility with early hours, and ownership of the release process.
