Product / Project Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of product ownership experience;
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software development (Web & Mobile projects);
• Strong business-oriented mindset suitable for product management;
• Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, XP;
• Strong background in developing project workflows;
• Experience in project estimation and task prioritization under tight deadlines;
• Proficiency in Web and Mobile technologies;
• Experience with project management tools (Trello, JIRA, etc.);
• English — Advanced (C1);
• Ability to communicate with customers in PST/EST time zones.

Responsibilities

• Initiate new projects and implement efficient project management processes;
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify project needs;
• Create project and task requirements;
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap;
• Manage and prioritize the product/project backlog;
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis;
• Manage project teams (Design, Development, QA);
• Improve PM processes for ongoing projects;
• Balance project scope and timelines to deliver optimal solutions;
• Resolve issues and conflicts effectively;
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction;
• Onboard and train new team members.
